Cancellation Policy

14 days prior to arrival. Customers who cancel after this time but still prior to their arrival date will be charged for one night's stay. Any cancellations made on or after the arrival date and also in the case of a "no show" will be charged for the full amount of their reserved stay.


Terms and Conditions

• Guests are responsible for any damage incurred to the accommodations and amenities during their stay.
• Cuomo's Cove is not responsible for weather or snow conditions.
• Cuomo's Cove does not provide daily cleaning services. The suite will be freshly cleaned when you arrive and will be cleaned again when you check out by ourstaff. You must, however, leave the suite in the condition that you found it or you will be charged a cleaning fee.
• Cuomo's Cove will not refund for unused rental time.
• There will be a $5.00 fee for each key that is lost.
• There will be a late fee charged to the guest if they have not left the suite at the scheduled check out time.
• Noise levels must be kept within reason. If you or any of your guests disturb guests in other suites you will be asked to quiet down. If the noise continues to disturb other guests, you and your guests will be asked to leaveand no refunds will be given.
• Cuomo's Cove does not permit the use of candles.
